Deals instant mental damage and interrupts an opponent.  This spell has a fast casting time.

1: Slumber
An impairment that mesmerizes the target and removes them from being affected by area of effect spells for a short duration.  Mesmerization breaks if the target receives any damage.  Upgrades to this spell reduce the target's resistance to the full duration of the effect.  This spell can be cast while stunned or stifled.

2: Befriend
Grants the coercer control over target opponent.  The opponent has a recurring chance to resist the charm throughout its duration.  Higher ranks of this spell will decrease the chance at a periodic resist.

2: Medusa Gaze
Stuns the coercer's target and drains some of their power over time.

3: Cerebral Shock
Deals mental damage and drains power from an enemy over time.  A portion of this power is added to the coercer.

5: Hesitate
Roots the coercer's target in place, preventing them from movement.  This also blurs their vision and prevents them from normal combat attacks until they are struck by any damage.  Upgrades to this spell reduce the target's resistance to the full duration of the root effect.

6: Mind Blast
Deals instant mental damage and interrupts and opponent.  This spell has a fast casting time.

7: Power of Mind
An augmentation that increases the power pool and arcane resistance for the coercer's group.  The arcane resist protects more against mental than magic and divine.

8: Lashing Gaze
Deals mental damage over time and drains power of target enemy and surroudning encounter members.

10: Cerebral Spasm
Deals mental damage and drains power from an enemy over time.  A portion of this power is added to the coercer.

10: Charm
Grants the coercer control over target opponent.  The opponent has a recurring chance to resist the charm throughout its duration.  Higher ranks of this spell will decrease the chance at a periodic resist.

11: Ego Shock **
Deals instant mental damage to an opponent, and roots the oppenent for a short duration.

12: Fascinate **

A group augmentation that increase the intelligence and agility of the coercer's group.

13: Consume Ego **
Slowly converts the coercer's health into power over time.

13: Daunting Gaze
Stuns the coercer's target and drains some of their power over time.

14: Gloom **
Deals mental damage over time to the target and decreases their arcane resistance.

16: Silence
Stifles and drains power over time from the coercer's target.

16: Stupefy
Decreases the target's hate towards the coercer and stuns the target.  Upgrades to this spell reduce the target's resistance to the full duration of the stun.  Epic targets have increased resistance to the stun duration.

17: Cerebral Lash
Deals mental damage and drains power from an enemy over time.  A portion of this power is added to the coercer.

18: Breeze
Increases in-combat power replenishment of the coercer's group.  This ability does stack with the bard's concentration group power replenishment song.

19: Hesitation
Roots the coercer's target in place, preventing them from movement.  This also blurs their vision and prevents them from normal combat attacks until they are struck by any damage.  Upgrades to this spell reduce the target's resistance to the full duration of the root effect.

20: Word of Force (Splitpaw)

23: Unveil
A group augmentation that grants ultravision and allows the coercer's allies to see invisible enemies.

28: Melancholy

29: Muddled Thinking

34: Bravado **
Increases the combat attack damage of target ally.

35: Mana Cloak
Augmentation, placed upon you and your group, which provides the chance to gain Power back when struck in combat

35: Empathic Link
An augmentation placed on the coercer's ally that grants them a chance at dealing mental damage to anyone that damages that ally through a spell. This spell does not require any concentration, but can only be maintained on a single ally

35: Exhortation
An augmentation that increases the power pool. Agility, Intelligence, and arcane resistance for the coercer's group. The arcane resist protects more against mental than magic and divine

35: Scarred Psyche
Impairment that decreases Arcane, Elemental, and Noxious mitigations on an opponent

36: Discomfirting Gaze
Deals mental damage over time and drains power of target enemy and surrounding encounter members.

37: Haruspex
An impairment that has a chance to cause the target mental damage every time it lands an attacks for up to 5 attacks. If the target dies while under the effect of this impairment, a thoughtstone is granted to the coercer

38: Annoying Demeanor

38: Enthrall

39: Dreadful Awe
Mesmerizes target opponent and surrounding encounter members. Upgrades to this ability decrease the chance to resist the duration of this effect. This spell requires a thoughtstone to cast.

39: Ego Blast
Deals instant mental damage to the target and roots them in place.

40: Reek of Terror
Augmentation, placed only on the Coercer, which when being struck in combat forces an attacker to flee in fear, and reduces Hate towards the caster while the attacker is fleeing

40: Signet of Realization **
A group augmentation that increases the power pools of the coercer's group.

40: Spell Lash **
An impairment that deals mental damage to the target whenever they cast a hostile spell for up to 3 spells If the target dies while under the effect of this impairment, a thoughtstone is granted to the coercer

41: Eerie Focus
Stuns the coercer's target and drains some of their power over time. Epic targets are not affected by the stun. Upgrades to this spell decrease the chance to resist the duration of this effect.

41: Transference
Slowly converts the coercer's health into power over time.

Increases the combat attack damage of target ally.

An augmentation that increases the power pool. Agility, Intelligence, and arcane resistance for the coercer's group. The arcane resist protects more against mental than magic and divine

49: Synergetic Link
An augmentation placed on the coercer's ally that grants them a chance at dealing mental damage to anyone that damages that ally through a spell. This spell does not require any concentration, but can only be maintained on a single ally

50: Psychic Wail

52: Mindbend
Impairment placed on a target opponent that has a chance to stun the opponent each time they successfully attack or cast any spell. This can occur up to three times before the impairment expires.

52: Spellbind **
An impairment that mesmerizes the target and removes them from being affected by area of effect spells for a short duration. Mesmerization breaks if the target receives any damage. 53: Breathtaking Awe

55: Amnesia
Stuns the target briefly and wipes the enemy's memory of all previous aggressions. When the stun expires, the enemy will go after the coercer unless it has been attacked by another person

Stuns the coercer's target and drains some of their power over time. Epic targets are not affected by the stun. Upgrades to this spell decrease the chance to resist the duration of this effect.

55: Transfer Essence
Slowly converts the coercer's health into power over time.

56: Depression
Deals mental damage over time to the target and decreases their arcane resistance.

56: Destructive Mind
An impairment that causes the target mental damage for every point of power they spend. Upgrades to this spell improve the ratio of power spent to mental damage dealt. If the target dies while under the effect of this impairment, a thoughtstone is granted to the coercer

57: Stroke
Deals instant mental damage and interrupts an opponent. This spell has a fast casting time.

58: Channel
Equalizes the power totals of the coercer's group. The sum of all power points in the group divided evenly for each group member, at a slight loss. Upgrades to this spell prevent the loss of efficiency when dividing points to group members. This spell requires 3 thoughtstones as components

58: Confoundment
Decreases the target's hate towards the coercer and stuns the target. Upgrades to this spell reduce the target's resistance to the full duration of the stun. Epic targets have increased resistance to the stun duration.

58: Harrowing Silence
Stifles and drains power over time from the coercer's target. The stifle effectiveness is reduced on epic targets.

59: Vicious Torment
Deals mental damage and drains power from an enemy over time. A portion of this power is added to the coercer.

60: Gorging Thoughts
Decreases target's intelligence for a short duration, granting power over time to the coercer's group.

61: Domination  
Grants the coercer control over target opponent. The opponent has a recurring chance to resist the charm throughout its duration. 

61: Ease

61: Ruinous Hesitation 
Roots the coercer's target in place, preventing them from movement. This also blurs their vision and prevents them from normal combat attacks until they are struck by any damage. 

62: Beholder's Eye 
Grants some power over time to the coercer's group for a limited duration. 

62: Impetus  
Increases the combat attack speed of target ally. 

63: Harmonious Link  
An augmentation placed on the coercer's ally that grants them a chance at dealing mental damage to anyone that damages the ally through a spell. 

63: Incitement 
An augmentation that increases the power pool and arcane resistance for the coercer's group. The arcane resist protects more against mental than magic or divine. 

64: Marred Psyche
Impairment that decreases arcane, elemental, and noxious mitigations on an opponent. 

64: Perilous Gaze  
Deals mental damage over time and drains power of target enemy and surrounding encounter members. 

65: Auspex 
An impairment that has a chance to cause the target mental damage every time it lands an attack for up to three attacks. If the target dies while under the effect of this impairment, a Thoughtstone is granted to the coercer. 

65: Possession  
The coercer is granted control of the target. The coercer controls the actions of the target, including movement, attack and using spells through the perspective of the controlled target. 

66: Enrapture 
An impairment that mesmerizes the target and removes them from being affected by area of effect spells for a short duration. Mesmerization breaks if the target receives any damage. This spell can be cast while stunned or stifled. 

67: Astonishing Awe  
Mesmerizes target opponent and up to four surrounding encounter members. Requires a Thoughtstone to cast. 

67: Ego Torrent 
Deals instant mental damage to an opponent, and roots the opponent for a short duration. 

68: Signet of Enlightenment  
A group augmentation that increases the intelligence and agility of the coercer's group. 

68: Spell Scourge 
An impairment on an encounter that deals mental damage to a target whenever they cast a hostile spell for up to three spells. If the target dies while under the effect of this impairment, a Thoughtstone is granted to the coercer. 

69: Deep Focus  
Stuns the coercer's target and drains some of their power over time. 

69: Transfer Potential   
Slowly converts the coercer's health into power over time. 

70: Breakdown  
Deals mental damage over time to the target and decreases their arcane resistance. 

70: Cataclysmic Mind   
An impairment that causes the target mental damage for every point of power they spend. If the target dies while under the effect of this impairment, a Thoughtstone is granted to the coercer. 

70: Sonic Boom   
A powerful psychic attack that stuns all enemies surrounding the coercer in a large area, also dealing mental damage to all that are affected.
